2. Description of service

RunBadge is a platform for collecting and sharing digital race badges. You can log your race finishes, connect with Strava, and share your history publicly.

3. User accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use RunBadge.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Log false or manipulated race results.
• Impersonate another runner or race organizer.
• Use the service for spam or illegal activities.
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the data you enter. By using RunBadge you grant us a license to display your public profile and badges according to your privacy settings.

6. Service availability

We make our best effort to keep RunBadge available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

RunBadge is provided “as is”. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or other indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
